We ask for 50% deposit due immediately upon making a reservation. If you are using a credit card, your card will be charged within 24 hours after we receive your registration form and a confirmation will be e-mailed to you. If you are sending in a check, you must mail your deposit the same or next day. We need to receive it within five days of receiving your registration form. Your final 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
No refunds within the 30 days unless we can re-rent. We offer Travel Guard Insurance with each rental.

Rates may be higher during certain holidays and for shorter stays than our required minimum number of nights, shorter visits are subject to availability only, and a supplement will be charged.
Very well behaved dogs (cats etc) are accepted for an additional charge of $10/night or $50/week. We do ask that dogs not be left unattended in the Casa unless they are in a kennel. If owners are comfortable with it, dogs can be left on the shaded area in the warmer months..
